What are your delivery options?
We offer several delivery tiers, including our premium White Glove Delivery where we assemble and place your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as convenient curbside drop-off and in-store pickup options.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we provide various flexible financing options through the Value City Furniture credit card, as well as lease-to-own programs to help you design your dream home on any budget.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery or pickup, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and mattresses have specific return conditions.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. For extra peace of mind, we also offer our Worry-No-More protection plans that cover accidental stains, rips, and damages for up to five years.
How can I track my order status?
You can easily track your order by visiting our 'Track My Order' page and entering your order number and phone number, or by logging into your account to view your purchase history.
Can I customize the fabric or color of a sofa?
Yes! Many of our seating collections are part of our 'Design It' program, allowing you to choose from hundreds of fabrics, colors, and configurations to create a piece that is uniquely yours.
